Job description:Existing concrete driveway and steps to house need taking up and relaying. I am not sure what with. It is a 60s house so concrete or tarmac would look OK but also some sort of block paving to match local sandstone. Our new garage is about 600mm above the current drive level so that end of the drive needs raising up to the garage level. There is a drain cover and open rainwater drain in the drive. There are currently 4 steps up to the front door. Drive may need kerbing and retaining on one side where land drops away into garden. Gate entrance needs widening so existing wall needs cutting back. New gate posts need to be installed. Approx area of drive is 28 sq m. I can email a photo or you can see it clearly on Google Earth. Also on the wish list is extending patio, base for garden office and path.
