Job description:We are looking to rent out our property but before we can we need new decking out the back. Area approx 12 foot long, 6 foot wide. The previous owners put paving slabs on top of existing decking which has now gone rotten so all the slabs are uneven/move and therefore a health hazzard hence the need to replace before we can market the property. New cheap decking to be installed.
