Decking and paving to transform garden. in Central Southsea

Job description:The garden is approx 4.5 metres wide by 6 metres long, so quite small, and in need of a facelift. I would like the back end of the garden decked (maybe with a balustrade or pagoda, depending on cost, so could these be quoted as extras?) and the rest paved with a flower bed running down the left hand side (with a trim). I would like the paving to have a feature, like a circle in the middle for example (something to make the garden look bigger). There is some dead grass and a very small flower bed on the right side that will need clearing before the job starts. There is also an old greenhouse that needs clearing but I will do most of it myself to keep this minimal. I'd like the garden to have a relaxing rustic feel but to also be low maintenance.
