I need my garden de-dockleaved and grass seed laid in Central Southsea

Job description:My garden has had a severe dockleaf problem, due to the previous tennants letting it grow wild. I have dug 4 out, some of which were upto 4 foot deep and around 2-4 inches in diameter. I have loads of grass seed ready to lay but the weeds need digging out (or killing) first as last time they grew back within a week. My garden is about 4metres by 7metres. The lawn has already been turned over and other than the weeds is ready to be grass seeded, I have also sprayed 10 litres of round up weed killer on it but nothing I am doing seems to work. There is also quite a few stones that will still need clearing.
