Remove and build a new Garden Wall in Hartburn

Job description:Knock down and remove a double brick garden wall which is 6 foot high and approximately 20 foot long. Build a new smaller wall about 3 foot high and around 40 foot long. It will have brick stacks every 8-10 foot with wooden in-lays between making it just under 6 foot in height. This new wall will be in a different location from the wall being removed. I understand that I would not require building permission for this type of wall.
