Repair or replace broken garden fence in Hartburn

Job description:Two fence posts have come loose in my back garden. The two fence panels either side of each post have fallen down, or are falling down. I'd like two new posts putting in and new panels attaching. The panels are 4ft lap fencing, with wooden posts in between. I don't know how the posts have been sunk into the ground.
