Job description:Beautiful view but very windy as on top of hill. Do I grass over (boring) or maybe some colour but not too tall (obscuring view) rhodedenrons maybe? Or what other hardy plants (N E Scotland) and area very rocky - would need top soil - what kind? Would like something lovely but not time consuming!
