Concrete surface for at least 5m from highway, excavated to a depth of 30cm, filled with 15cm sub base, topped with 15cm Ready Mix. Entrance 3m, widened to 9m by 45 degree ease of access splays. Gates to open inwards at 5m from highway boundary. No drainage from site onto road. Hardcore in existing parking area to be topped up.
