Convert part of back yard into herb garden with arbour in Riverside

Job description:Remove old raised bed (including thistles, willow herb and a dead tree), lift block paving. Use paving bricks to make low wall x 2. Create beds for herbs and a tiny chamomile lawn, make and install arbour and gravel path. If possible, incorporate existing large clematis an honeysuckle. Total area is a compact 10 square metres. I have the design in my head, just need someone with creative flair (and perhaps an interest in herbs/organic gardening) to translate it into an actual garden.
