Tidy up of front garden, returfing, borders, weeding? approx 5 x 3m semi possibly rear later. in Halton View

Job description:Moved in two years ago. Property was rental property so garden wasnt kept well. Lawn mowed and weeded only since. Grass is patchy with different types of grass. Borders not defined and weeds with no plants. Possible returfing, define borders, weeding and planting. Metal gates on brick posts need widening as they appear to be under sized width so gate removal also, may need to get a builder in to rebuild front wall/gate post for widening. House is a semi with lawn and drive to front. Drive approx 1.5/2 x 5m with the garden running along the drive approx 4 x 5m. Need to talk over what can be done and the costs involved. Possible future work available of driveway and rear garden.
