Heating boiler is working but is not keeping pressure and radiators are not giving enough heat out in Cults

Job description:heating system was on and set as usual but when I came back from holiday, it was first stop due to low pressure. after I pressurized the system, system did not keep the pressure, it was dropping, also radiators are not warm enough to warm house , even at high rate.
