Job description:gas boiler service - we can't get any hot water from our combi boiler even though the radiators work fine and the boiler ignites when the hot tap is run. A short burst of luke warm water is felt then it goes stone cold. The boiler is an old Vokera unit. A saturday visit would be prefered as we are both working, this is not a fixed requirement though.
