Job description:I recently upgraded many of my radiators from singles to doubles. All are working fine and house is much warmer except the living room one which is cold at the bottom and not giving out as much heat as the rest. I have been told it may need balancing whatever that is. Also I had a Baxi combi boiler installed almost 2 years ago and I have a small leak from the condensate pipe at the join which probably just needs sealing up. The jobs are self explanatory and simple enough so please provide me with quotes. I am unable to answer my phone often so please send me a text with the quote or an email is best. Thanks
