Job description:To fit full gas fired central heating system. Pref Worcester condensing combi (A rated), or similar, with 30kW output, for both heatning and hot water. 6 rads & heated towel rail to bathroom, over 3 storeys. Conceal all pipework. New pipework required throughout, no CH system currently in place. Remove existing multipoint water heater and re-route all water feeds to new bolier location. Fitter to supply all materials and labour. Uppermost budget £4200 inc VAT. Or I will supply materials, under advice from fitter and pay labour costs only up to £1000 inc VAT.
