Job description:I am about to complete the purchase of this property (approx 3 weeks) and would be looking to have this work undertaken early January. Job 1 Replace existing old box style GAS fire, attached to the chimney breast in the LIVING ROOM, and replace it with a new GAS fire suite (including surround, hearth etc. Job 2 Remove old box style GAS fire, attached to the chimney breast in the DINING ROOM and seal off the gas outlet. I do not have access to this property as yet so would appreciate any ball park figures. Many thanks
