Glow-worm Micron 50FF fanned flue boiler : water on but heating not on in Edgbaston

Job description:Glow-worm Micron 50FF fanned flue boiler. Boiler was serviced 2 weeks back .The service man tried to start the room heting which was switched off due to summer ,the water heating was working through out .The heating didnot start for 10-15 min.It then started after many attempts .He said there may be a fault from electrical side and to get that checked .The boiler lights up intermittently and keeps the water heated but there is no room heating.Need some one who can check and find the problem .
