Electramate2000 boiler.Heating is fine but get variable hot water, esp after am. ?Thermistor problem in Harborne

Job description:Electramate 2000 Boiler. Fitted when flat built approx 2002. Supposed to provide hot water on demand at all times but now need to turn heating on for approx 30 mins to get hot water. Fine first thing in morning after economy 7 has been run overnight. Apparantly commonly caused by hot water flow sensor failure. Special tools required to fix?
