Job description:one bed flat so would like to install approx 4 radiators and combi boiler in ground floor property currently all electric. Need engineer to confirm that gas services is connected to the block of 6 flats to be able to do the work. The block was all originally electric serviced. Quote would need to state if it would involve affixing any pipework to the external walls of the building, confirm if the work would involve any excavation works to affecting the freeholders land/common areas.A plan showing the position of the boiler and flue and location of the works.
