Gas boiler doesn't 'kick in' when you turn on hot water tap in Ewood

Job description:Bolier wont kick in when hot water tap is turned on so we have no hot water. It's a Halstead Quattro Combi Boiler. This is also affecting the central heating although we are not using this at this time.
