Replace conventional boiler with combi system, fit shower, replace four rads and fit one new rad in Feniscowles

Job description:We currently have a conventional gas boiler, housed in the attached garage. Cold water tank is in the loft, and hot tank in a small airing cupboard. We would like to: 1) replace the boiler with a new combi, 2) have an over bath shower fitted (with tiling required and shower screen to be fitted), 3) replace four existing radiators (two of them to be heated towel rails), 4) have hot water tank removed from airing cupboard, replaced with a small radiator so cupboard can be used as a drying cupboard, 5) have cold water tank drained and maybe removed, depending on your advice.
