Intermittent light on boiler affecting heating in Westhoughton

Job description:Baxi boiler, think it's problems with the pilot light, keeps firing up constantly, won't heat radiators to full capacity. Pilot light showing amber instead of green. Temperature won't increase no matter how long the heating has been on. Seems to have started since builders have turned the electric off.
