Job description:we need a new boiler as the old one (a Ferroli Combi) is not providing a flow of hot water. The radiators work quite well but e probably need to drain the old syste etc. Bath and showers run cold after 10 to 20 seconds. We are told the heat exchanger is not working on the exising boiler.. Rather than a repair on the old one we would like to buy a Worcester Combi 28i or similar. The house is a small semi detached wtih 3 bedrooms a kitchen-diner, sunporch and lounge, about 1000 square feet. WE are happy to buy the boiler and apparatus to go with it as needed.
