DHW ok but CH will not fire up. in Thornton

Job description:System is an Isar HE24 + programmer with a wireless Drayton Digistat+ 30002/RF601 thermostat and SCR. The DHW works fine. There are no error or fault signals in any of the display windows. The stat and SCR are "talking" to each other, but when the room temperature drops to the minimum setting, the flame symbol appears in the thermostat display,the green light illuminates on the SCR but the boiler does not fire up the CH.
