Job description:looking to buy a real flame balance flue fire eg Robinson Wiley Supereco Charisma to replace electric fire. Fireplace appears adequate and has an existing capped gas pipe, but note this is a 3 storey town house, with living room on 1st floor, so outlet would need to be created app 10 feet off the ground. .
