BOSCH, Windsor Boiler, Heating & Hot Water not working. in Preston Park

Job description:Within last 3 weeks have had the Pump and Fan replaced and serviced. This temporaily fixed initial problem of no Hot Water. I have been advised the PCB board at £250 needs replacing. Not sure wether to proceed with this or to have a new boiler installed, need advice and possible quotation.
