Removal of gas pipe to floor level in Saltdean

Job description:I need a gas pipe capped off at ground level in a hearth - it is currently capped about a foot up the back of the hearth. There is no fire, already removed - and the pipe needs to be at floor level for a wood burner to be fitted. Believe it to be a small job.
