Job description:Removal of an old boiler system then installation of a new boiler in a new location & re-piping the flat & connecting radiators. The flat is basement & quite small, 1 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom & hallway, and will be completely gutted so all existing piping easily accessible. My purchase completion date is in the first week of October so looking for work to be done mid-late October, but in the mean time ballpark quote + introduction would be great.
