Job description:Replacement Boiler Must be CORGI registered. Supply and install all the following, unless otherwise stated. 1. Regular type Condensing Boiler (NOT COMBI). Wall hung (Site - In garage. Currently Ideal E, balanced flue, floor standing, gas boiler, installed in garage) Energy Efficiency: A Min output capacity regd. 100,000 Btu (29 Kw). 2. New pump 3. Any new diverter valves. 4. Any new motorised valves (The existing one controls the upstairs temp only) 5. Any new pipe work to connect boiler. 6. New Programmer (If possible WIRELESS). 7. New Thermostats upstairs and down (WIRELESS). 8. Rad stats (Only if required under new legislation). 9. Would hope to use the existing hot water cylinder (Installed 10-08-2000). 10. New hot water cylinder thermostat if required. All work to be completed and comply with current legislation. Site to be left clean and cleared of any/all old parts or rubbish.
