Job description:Remove inset gas fire and install a new Victorian style cast iron fireplace with wooden surround and new inset gas fire. The house is c. 1900s with a wide chimney breast and brick chimney. The gas fire that is to be removed has been checked by British Gas every year and at the same time they have been checking the chimney and it's fine.
