Job description:1. Replace existing conventional boiler (at same site) with high efficiency combi (looking at Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30si) with electronic timer 2. Fit room thermostat and thermostatic valves on 8 rads 3. Remove redundant tanks, cylinder and pipework 4. Powerflush system 5. fit new gas supply pipe from main + electrical safety 6* Also looking to install new washing machine point and shower + extractor fan, but have posted this as a separate job for a general Plumber - would like to combine if possible House is a 3 bed mid terrace with double glazing and loft insulation.
