Replace failed motorised central heating valve in Chelmer Village and Beaulieu Park

Job description:Earlier this year I had a new boiler and all new (SALUS) central heating wiring box, timer, room stat, motorised valves for heating / water and immersion stat fitted. One of the motorised valves (heating) has stopped working and cannot stay in the open position for more than 10 seconds - even if I open it manually. I have been trying for the last (cold!) month to get the original fitter to come and deal with it under warranty etc, but he is impossible to get hold of. Help please!!!!
