Job description:My Gloworm boiler is long overdue for a service. It has also broken down. I suspect that the breakdown has been caused by an electrical fault as I noticed when it first broke down that the pilot light was still on. The handle of my toilet cistern is broken so that I have to lift the cistern lid off each time I want to pull the flush. The flush handle is made of wood and metal. The metal part has rusted away and just needs to be replaced.
