Install Cast-tec balanced flue mains gas fire in Jumpers

Job description:We need a Gas safe engineer to install a Cast-Tec balanced flue mains fed gas fire in a cast iron fireplace. The hearth, surround and insert are already installed (see pictures). As we have no chimney, the 420mm x 560mm fire place opening needs to be created and a lintel installed (the mortar is in poor condition). There are no electrical wires where the fire opening will be and the outside wall is free from obstructions or anything that would prevent the flue from being positioned there (just to the left of the recycle bin in the outside picture - gas meter is the closest of the two boxes on the same wall). The telephone point on the inside wall can just be cut away as it's not even connected. I have included some scans of the fire installation instructions to assist with the quote.
