Gas fire not lighting in Berechurch

Job description:Old gas fire in lounge with back boiler behind. This did work all last year and at the beginning of this year however will now not ignite. Can hear gas and see the flame but does not appear to be catching. Baxci Bemuda SP3 model I believe. Can I also request a gas safety certifcate when job completed please
