Job description:we are soon to be moving into a new rented property, they have a boiler in the kitchen and rads through out. we have asked the landlord if we can have this removed, and we can at our own cost. i dont know if there is a back boiler or not but presume the kitchen boiler does all now, so just wish to have fire removed off wall and gas capped off. i can make good any thing behind.
