Job description:boiler is in back bedroom ,condense to soil pipe located just behind boiler on external wall,gas feed from downstairs requires upgrade to 20mm ,the boiler is a vaillant ecotec plus 831 ,with standard vertical flue and vaillant 130 time switch.there are 7 radiators which require a power flush before fitting also 3 bedroom radiators require TRV's
