Replacing an old boiler for condesation boiler in Mayfield

Job description:the old gas boiler needs to be repalced with a new one. I have the boiler already. the old boiler stores water in a hot water tank, the new one doesn't. new boiler is to be installed one floor above the place where the old boiler is. no work needs to be done to heaters or taps. CORGI registered plumber is required.
