Job description:It is a 3 bedroom detached house, empty, in need of reburbishment. All the water pipes need to be replaced in the house. 11 radiators are required along with an underfloor area that is new build. The unusual element to this job is that there is no gas in the village, so the boiler is a wood pellet modle. A 250 litre unvented directly heated cylinder is part of the installation. We have the boiler sourced. Ideally we would like the central heating installer to commence a first fix on day 1 or 2. We are due to commence the whole refurbishment W/C 15th August
