Job description:Boiler overheating, lagging has charred and smouldered around top near vertical flu. ( Worcester Delglo). Carbon monoxide alarm has gone off twice. Sometimes boiler works o.k. other times the radiators dont seem to be warming. The boiler is approx 35 yrs old.
