Job description:I have a problem with my Gas Fire. British Gas have been out twice. After the first time I was told that the flue was blocked. Therefore I opened and inspected the flue pipe in the loft and cleared a large amount of spiders webs ect. However during the second visit they found that there was still a problem with it and it may still be blocked, maybe somewhere in the wall. A problem with the safety cut-off value was also found, and therefore this needs replacing. The fire is about 18years old by my guess.
