Job description:I have a Powermax Range 140. The pressure gauge falls to zero then the boiler locks out and refuses to start. Re-pressurising the boiler to 1.0 bar makes it run again but the problem returns after a few hours. As far as I can tell it needs a new auto air vent and a new pressure relief valve, and the expansion vessel needs to be recharged or replaced.
