Heating probs in Portobello Craigmillar

Needed: Heating Engineer in Portobello Craigmillar, EH15

Job description:i should be able to have either hot water or heating when i put the heating switch on it wont work but when i put the hot water switch on i get hot water and heating but when the water reaches its temp the heating goes off too then i have to run all the hot water off to get heating again can anyone help me ?
