New cowl and repair to joint in flue of oil fired boiler. in Wickham

Job description:Rain water and soot are leaking from the flue of my oil fired boiler. 1). There is no cowl on the top of the flue. 2). The 4" enamel flue from the boiler joins a 7" twin wall steel flue just above the boiler. The joint is broken. It was installed with fire proof rope/cement. I would like it repaired with a proper metal junction.
