Job description:Removal of the back boiler and gas fire. Turning off and sealing the gas supply to the boiler. Installing a new combi or condensing boiler in the upstairs old airing cupboard (where there is pipework and an electrical point that used to be connected to a hot water cylinder). an outlet to be placed through the ceiling and roof to the outside. The gas supply would need to be routed upstairs to the boiler. No other pipework or demolition needed as the radiators all work well and the cylider was removed years ago. There currently is an Ellison tank however.
