Job description:Our CH boiler has worked well since we moved in to this flat 6 months ago, but suddenly stopped on Friday night; at the suggestion of the Ferroli helpline, i restored the pressurre to about 1.5 bars, and used their start button: although the pilot light came on, it did not stay on, so we have no CH or hot water. Please quote your terms for call out and any necessary repairs.
