Fit replacement gas fire in Down Hatherley

Job description:Current gas fire needs to be removed (it was disconnected but left in situ) as flue was lost when we did a loft conversion. We're aiming to replace it with a flueless one (pureglow zara flueless inset). We need someone to fit but also advise whether an installation survey is required. I've checked and we seem to have the necessary airflows so not sure what else there is to check other than perhaps whether the new inset fire will fit into the space left by the old one - height and width are OK but I can't check depth because old fire is still in situ and I don't want to start pulling it out as I'm not sure how it was disconnected (the plumber did it when we were doing the work on the house).
