Job description:We need a new gas boiler to replace one that is approx 20 years old (and supplies a hot water tank and uses cold water tanks in the attic). We want a system that is more efficient and welcome advice on suitable options. Will probably need a thermostat to be installed too. It is a 5 bed semi-detached house.
