Boiler cut out for second time requiring repressurizing in Greetland

Job description:Vokera (Linea Range) Gas-fired boiler. Approx 9 years old. Have repressurized occasionally in the past but it has never locked out before. After sorting it last night it has locked out again (flashing error 4) this morning. Please help!
