Job description:18 year old oil-fired central heating and water heating system. Fairly new oil tank. Not aware of any specific problems. Tenants recently left tank empty. Don't think system has been used for few months.Just need it checked over for safety and efficiency before new tenants sought. Also, radiator in kitchen has been removed at some time. Needs reattached and checked.
