Job description:Vokera combi boiler. 13yrs has been annually serviced by same engineer who has now let me down. In January I paid £75 to rectify a problem with the heating and water. This took 30 minutes (2 visits same day) I now have heating but the water is only hot when on constant, and upstairs it is barely warm water in shower or bath. Engineer doesn't want to know, told me to turn taps or valves on boiler and let me know if it didn't work then. I have lost confidence in him now.
